Support Services Stage Coordinator

About the role

The Support Services Stage Coordinator will manage the operational delivery of the Associate Degree in Applied Policing for second‑year students and probationary constables, ensuring accurate and timely program activities across multiple service channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate placement‑related subjects, LMS administration, participation monitoring and assessment logistics.
• Supervise Placement Officers and casual staff, allocate workloads and support induction and development.
• Maintain relationships with the University and NSW Police Force, monitor performance and address operational risks.

Required profile

• Relevant degree with at least four years of relevant experience and extensive management expertise.
• Experience managing multi‑channel customer service teams in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in student and records management systems.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Use of digital communication platforms.
