Support Analyst I – Level 3 Support

About the role
Join Anaplan’s global Level 3 Support team to resolve the most complex technical issues for Fortune‑50 customers. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations and Customer Success to troubleshoot and resolve system‑level challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and diagnose complex technical issues raised through support tickets.
- Build deep product knowledge across Anaplan’s platform and tools, including Grafana.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guide customers through technical solutions.
- Raise and track product bugs, lead release reviews and onboard new features to support teams.
- Provide 24/7 emergency support via an on‑call rota and work adjusted schedules for global coverage.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of professional experience in technical support.
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Fluent or professional proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under time constraints in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana (or willingness to learn).
