Supply Planner

About the role

Delta Electronics Australia is looking for a proactive Supply Planner to manage the end‑to‑end supply chain process for customer orders. You will ensure that production schedules are met, coordinate with engineering and suppliers, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, identify shortages and execute purchasing activities for MPS/MRP and BOM items.
• Plan and release purchase orders from the Master Production Schedule to meet delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with engineering on pre‑purchasing to avoid production delays.
• Manage vendor schedules, quoting activities and S&OP processes with a focus on demand planning.
• Conduct import/export control activities and support RFQ preparation.
• Coordinate with factories, business units, project managers and overseas offices for datacentre projects.
• Oversee RMA processes and spare‑parts management for services.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, planning or inventory control within a related industry.
• Positive, self‑motivated attitude with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to grow within the organisation and take on cross‑functional responsibilities.
