Supply Chain Operations Manager

About the role
As the Supply Chain Operations Manager at BONIIK, you will own the end‑to‑end logistics network that moves K‑Beauty products from Seoul to Australia’s largest retailers. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing wholesale environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee international freight forwarders, customs brokers and domestic transport partners to reduce transit times and landed costs.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models that balance stock levels with sales projections, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
- Ensure outbound logistics comply with major B2B retailer routing guides and delivery windows.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable workflows, automation and system upgrades (ERP/WMS).
- Manage the supply chain budget, negotiate contracts with carriers and suppliers, and report on KPIs such as OTIF, landed cost and inventory turnover.
- Mentor the inventory and fulfillment team to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, apparel or retail distribution.
- Strong expertise in international shipping to Australia, customs regulations and 3PL partnership management.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives while handling day‑to‑day operational tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Cin7 or SAP.
- Advanced data analysis using Excel.
