Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Recruitmark is partnering with a well‑established, growing organisation to hire an experienced Supply Chain Manager. This senior leadership role will shape global supply‑chain strategy, improve operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global procurement and supply‑chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end operations including procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics and supplier performance.
• Manage domestic and international supplier relationships through strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Drive demand planning and inventory optimisation to balance service levels, product availability and working capital.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Project Delivery and Warehousing to ensure seamless execution.
• Champion continuous‑improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives using data‑driven decision‑making and KPI management.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in supply‑chain, procurement or operations within complex global organisations.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end procurement and international supply chains across multiple regions.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and contract‑management skills.
• Deep knowledge of international sourcing, logistics, customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business or related fields; ERP experience and postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
