Supply Chain Manager – End-to-End Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain activities. The role will ensure a seamless flow of products, materials and services from suppliers to customers while driving cost efficiency and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distribution and supplier operations.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams to achieve operational, service, cost and performance targets.
• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, supply availability and replenishment requirements.
• Design demand and supply planning processes to optimise product availability and working capital.
• Analyse supply chain costs, logistics performance, inventory turnover and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, sales, operations and production to align activities with business needs.
• Identify risks and disruptions, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
• Implement ERP and supply chain technology, analytics and automation to improve visibility and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, logistics and inventory management.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end supply chain operations or a similar leadership role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Experience in supplier management, contract negotiation and strategic sourcing.
• Understanding of demand planning, forecasting and warehouse operations.
