Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Arbex you will ensure seamless product and data transitions for leading household brands such as Kleenex®, Cottonelle® and Scott®. You will act as the central hub between logistics, distribution, IT and master data teams, keeping the supply chain running smoothly during barcode and EAN changes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update SAP material status during transition periods, ensuring accurate system visibility.
• Coordinate deployment of old and new barcodes with Logistics, aligning DC run‑out timing and supporting national customer changeovers.
• Activate new EANs and phase out old ones, minimizing order disruption.
• Collaborate with VRP and Distribution teams to manage customer transitions, preferring indirect communication when required.
• Monitor daily backorders, work with VRP to close impacted orders or arrange replacement purchase orders.
• Maintain service levels by proactively resolving supply and order issues.
• Support investigation of EDI‑related order issues, working with IT, VRP and Master Data teams.
• Ensure cross‑functional coordination across Logistics, VRP, Distribution, IT and Master Data for smooth transition execution.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated yet comfortable working as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in administration, customer service, logistics or supply chain environments.
