Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

Viscount Reuse is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to keep its sustainable packaging operations running smoothly. You will act as the central point of contact for procurement, inventory, and day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring that raw materials, consumables and supplier relationships are well‑managed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with ordering and coordinating raw materials (resin) and deliveries.
• Work with suppliers and external partners to track orders and resolve queries.
• Monitor inventory movements, support stocktakes and raise purchase orders.
• Manage site consumables, office supplies and general purchasing.
• Support supplier setup and data management in SAP.
• Help with basic production scheduling, order tracking and reporting of key metrics.
• Provide general administrative support, including printing, organising, and facilities coordination.
