Supply Chain Coordinator – End‑to‑End Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee end‑to‑end supply chain activities. You will coordinate procurement, inventory, logistics and supplier interactions to ensure timely delivery while keeping costs under control.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control and logistics planning.
• Monitor purchase orders, shipments and delivery schedules to guarantee on‑time fulfillment.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight providers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reconciliation.
• Assist in demand planning and forecasting to optimise stock levels.
• Analyse supply chain data and prepare performance, cost and service level reports.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Manage shipping, customs and compliance documentation.
• Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and freight coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills.
