Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

About the role

Lead the transformation of supply chain and logistics through continuous improvement, innovation and productivity uplift. The role reports to the Head of Logistics, Fleet & Logistics and can be based at the Somersby Depot, Wallsend/Central Coast area or the Haymarket office, with travel to operational locations as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics performance across planning, ordering, storage, distribution and delivery.
• Drive efficiency, productivity and operational performance improvements using KPIs and data‑driven decision making.
• Oversee safe warehouse, logistics and fleet operations, inventory planning, supplier performance and field logistics.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Capital Delivery, Fleet, Engineering, Asset Management, Finance and Technology teams to deliver better business outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience in logistics, warehousing or end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
• Proven success delivering continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong capability in integrated business planning, performance frameworks and KPI disciplines.
• Commercial experience managing suppliers, service contracts, budgets and costs.

Required skills

• Experience with forecasting, planning, warehousing, inventory and distribution.
• Strong stakeholder and influencing skills.
• Problem‑solving using data and willingness to challenge existing ways of working.
