Supplier Engineering Manager – Electrical

About the role

The Supplier Engineering Manager (Electrical) will lead strategic supply network development and cost management for Anduril’s hardware products throughout their lifecycle, working closely with suppliers and cross‑functional teams in engineering, quality and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection, partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development, and manage concept scoping, feature trade‑offs and total cost of ownership modeling.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, consolidate manufacturing BOMs, ensure on‑time NPI component procurement, and lead cost engineering to optimise total cost of ownership.
• Perform value‑stream mapping, BOM risk assessments, component qualifications and drive supply‑chain simplification through commonality and supplier rationalisation.

Required profile

• Background in design and development of electronic devices and advanced sourcing activities.
• Experience in supplier development, early supplier engagement and value/procurement engineering at component and product level.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) and eligibility for Australian NV1 clearance.
