About the role
ADCO is seeking a Supervisor to support the Site Manager in delivering new‑build commercial projects safely and efficiently. You will help coordinate daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with ADCO’s standards and project plans.
Key responsibilities
- Review project documents, specifications and drawings to ensure practical delivery plans.
- Ensure subcontractor management plans meet safety, quality, methodology and resourcing requirements.
- Facilitate site set‑up, maintenance and day‑to‑day coordination in line with project plans.
- Implement and monitor the short‑term look‑ahead program for delivery.
- Manage subcontractor performance and site works through to defect‑free handover.
- Compile quality documentation from subcontractors and ensure all deliverables are ready for practical completion.
Required profile
- Experience in a similar supervisory role on large commercial building projects (up to $200 million).
- Completed 3–4 new‑build commercial projects.
- Trade background or relevant construction qualification.
- Demonstrated incident‑reporting (IR) experience and ability to drive a strong HSE and QA culture onsite.
