Superannuation Fund Administrator

About the role

SS&C's Global Investor Distribution Solutions (GIDS) is hiring a Superannuation Fund Administrator in Brisbane to join its Superannuation Operations team. You will deliver service to members by processing and reviewing a wide range of superannuation administration tasks, working closely with advisers and colleagues to resolve queries and improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review superannuation tasks such as document linking, file indexing, member and employer applications, contribution processing, beneficiary updates, correspondence, withdrawals, pension payments, insurance changes and investment switches.
• Liaise with advisers and internal teams to resolve queries and process changes efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records with a high level of attention to detail.
• Collaborate with peers to resolve requests and issues on time, and share feedback in regular team meetings to identify process improvements.
• Take part in task rotations to support team flexibility and coverage.
• Ensure administrative functions meet service level agreements and comply with regulatory obligations and timelines.
• Escalate errors, incidents or issues to the manager promptly, and perform other duties as required by the manager.

• Solid understanding of superannuation processes and systems.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, proactive attitude and strong team focus.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
