Structural Foreman – Façade & Precast (High‑rise Projects)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to lead façade and precast works on high‑rise residential and mixed‑use projects for a leading Sydney property developer. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will provide on‑site leadership, coordinate trades, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site labour on structural, façade and precast activities.
• Plan daily works, monitor progress against program, and maintain productivity.
• Manage deliveries, materials, and plant on site.
• Enforce WHS policies, conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections and pre‑starts.
• Report progress, issues and delays to the Site Manager and support defect management.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of foreman experience on residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Solid knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
