Strategy & Business Operations Lead, Print

About the role

Canva is looking for a senior leader to drive the expansion of its Print product line, shaping strategy, pricing, and launch processes across new geographies and SKUs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the highest‑priority initiative to broaden Print’s geographic reach and SKU coverage, owning the launch strategy and roadmap.
• Define merchandising and strategic positioning for print products, creating frameworks for presentation, description, and naming to boost conversion.
• Develop and own pricing strategy for the print catalog, establishing monitoring and review processes.
• Identify and track performance metrics for SKU and geographic expansion, delivering insights to guide decisions.
• Build a repeatable launch engine that reduces manual effort and accelerates time‑to‑market.
• Partner with Operations, Product, GTM, Engineering, Data, and Finance to translate strategy into execution and handle day‑to‑day challenges.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years in an analytical or strategic role such as analytics, consulting, product, business operations, or finance, with at least 2 years in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong strategic problem‑solving ability, comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems using first‑principles thinking.
• Highly analytical and metrics‑driven, experienced in sizing opportunities, defining KPIs, and communicating performance.
• Proven track record of turning strategy into execution, not just recommendations.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex topics and align cross‑functional teams.
• Fast learner with curiosity to quickly master new domains and resourcefulness to get things done.
