About the role
The Storeperson will support the Workshop Manager by handling daily logistics and administrative tasks within the Redbank depot workshop. This position ensures that all workshop records, parts, and consumables are accurately managed to keep vehicle maintenance running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date electronic records in company IT systems to meet regulatory requirements.
- Keep workshop plant and equipment in good working order.
- Process parts requisitions and receipt of goods in line with company guidelines.
- Monitor and replenish fuel, oil and other consumables to agreed stock levels.
Required profile
- Experience performing administrative duties in a heavy‑vehicle workshop environment.
- Knowledge of purchasing or warehouse processes and stock control is preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
