Store Operations Manager

About the role

MECCA is seeking a passionate Operations Manager to lead the Penrith store in New South Wales. This full‑time role will oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock management and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to create seamless processes for incoming stock and maintain store presentation.
• Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups.
• Conduct and audit regular stocktakes.
• Build a high‑performing team through training, mentoring and regular feedback.
• Motivate the store team to meet KPIs and uphold company values.

Required profile

• Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
• Coaching and mentoring experience focused on team member development.
• Keen eye for detail with strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Genuine care for people and commitment to delivering the best team member experience.
