Store Manager - Tweed Heads

About the role

Ampol is looking for a Store Manager for its Tweed Heads location. As the face of the store, you will treat each location as your own, driving excellence and creating outstanding one-stop-shop experiences for customers.

Required profile

• Retail management experience with a supportive, people-focused leadership style.
• Strong coaching and team development skills, and the ability to build an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising and maintaining operational standards.
• Sound judgement, a solutions-focused approach and a history of delivering exceptional customer service.

• Confidence using POS and operational technology.
