About the role
Roll'd Vietnamese is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑energy team in a flagship fast‑service restaurant, delivering fresh Vietnamese cuisine to Australian customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ staff in a fast‑paced environment.
- Recruit, train and support team members to ensure high performance.
- Drive profitability through excellent customer service, sales, stock control and waste management.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and other regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing to increase community engagement and B2B catering sales.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager in the fast‑food industry.
- Strong leadership abilities and a track record of developing teams.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and influence sales performance.
Required skills
- Food safety and compliance knowledge.
