Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Levi’s Homebush store. Reporting to the District Manager, you will shape the store’s culture, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Monitor daily performance against sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of the store team.
• Lead visual merchandising, floor changes, and promotional events.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive retail management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interpret organisational objectives.
• Creative flair for fashion and a passion for delivering superior customer service.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team‑development skills.
