Store Manager – Flagship Retail Store

About the role

Salomon is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead its flagship Emporium. You will be the driving force behind sales, customer experience, and team culture, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s adventurous spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and coach a retail team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee all floor operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a high‑energy, positive environment.
• Manage the launch of the new store, coordinating projects for a seamless opening.
• Monitor financial performance, manage the budget, and produce regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive approach with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Passion for outdoor sports and deep knowledge of the Salomon brand.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
