Store Lead (Supervisor/Key Holder)

About the role

Join the Arc'teryx Alpha QVB store in Sydney as a Store Lead, overseeing daily operations, leading the team on the floor, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the in‑store experience during your shift, monitoring the sales floor.
• Lead floor leadership and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and develop Product Guides to achieve store targets.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, processing, restocking and visual merchandising.
• Oversee store operations such as sales targets, labor and budget management.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, phone and email communications, and POS transactions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail experience and at least one year of leadership experience.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication, time‑management and adaptability.
• Commitment to health and safety guidelines and inclusive culture.
