Store Display & Setup Assistant

About the role

A new retail store is opening in Salisbury and ManpowerGroup is seeking reliable, energetic team members to help with its setup. The role covers a variety of hands-on tasks to prepare the store for opening, such as unloading stock, shelving products, ticketing and tagging merchandise, assembling displays and keeping the work area clean and organised. It suits people looking for short-term project work and flexible shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Unpack and move stock throughout the store
• Restock and merchandise shelves to planograms
• Apply pricing labels and product tags
• Assemble and set up retail fixtures and displays
• Assist with stock organisation and inventory counts
• Maintain a safe, clean and tidy work environment
• Perform general labouring and retail support duties as required

Required profile

• Ability to perform manual handling and lift up to 20kg
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Previous retail, merchandising, warehousing or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential
