About the role
A stonemason leading hand position based in Truganina, Melbourne, Victoria. You will lead and supervise a team of stonemasons across fabrication and benchtop installations for residential and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a stonemason team
- Fabricate and install benchtops for residential and commercial projects
- Cut, shape and polish stone using machinery and hand tools
- Measure, glue and manufacture custom stone products
- Collaborate with clients, contractors and team members
- Maintain compliance with site safety
Required profile
- Stonemasonry trade qualification or proven experience
- Installation experience in commercial and residential work
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Required skills
- Ability to read plans and measurements
- CNC bridge saw or waterjet experience desirable
