Guest Service Agent - Ayers Rock Resort

About the role

Ayers Rock Resort is looking for a customer-focused, experienced Guest Service Agent to work onsite at Yulara, Northern Territory, about 20 minutes from Uluru. You will join the Front Office Team and handle all guest service and front office duties efficiently and friendly, creating the best possible first and last impression of the Resort.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of the Resort, making sure every guest feels welcome and satisfied throughout their stay.
• Process check-ins and check-outs.
• Process hotel charges to guests' accounts, keeping bills accurate and payments secure.
• Provide one-on-one guest service, meeting guests from all walks of life.

Required profile

• Customer-focused and experienced guest service agent.
• Willingness to relocate to Ayers Rock Resort, NT; a National Criminal History Check is mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded.
