About the role
Join the Digital & Customer Crew to lead the transformation of CommSec's contact centre platform. As a Staff Software Engineer you will shape AI‑powered customer experiences across digital, assisted and AI‑enabled channels.
Key responsibilities
- Drive technical vision and architecture for customer interactions, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel.
- Design and deliver scalable cloud‑native solutions, modern APIs and intelligent workflows supporting millions of interactions.
- Mentor engineers, champion engineering excellence, reliability and security across multiple teams.
Required profile
- Deep full‑stack engineering expertise with a track record of delivering enterprise‑scale solutions.
- Hands‑on technical leadership experience influencing architecture and engineering direction.
- Experience building and operating distributed, micro‑service and event‑driven systems at high volume.
Required skills
- .NET / C#
- React, TypeScript
- AWS and cloud‑native application development
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel
