S&S Banking Consultant – Townsville (Aitkenvale or Castletown)

About the role

Join Suncorp Bank as an S&S Banking Consultant, delivering exceptional sales and service to customers in Townsville. You will work face‑to‑face in our retail locations and handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting with everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Deliver accurate information on everyday banking enquiries and account processes via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Facilitate seamless digital onboarding for new customers.
• Listen actively, build trust, ask the right questions and exceed customer expectations to achieve strong NPS results.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customer, risk and performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and FSRA requirements.
