About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant role at Suncorp Bank combines face‑to‑face service with inbound and outbound digital interactions. Based in the Noosa Civic Branch, you will help customers with everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding while delivering a high‑quality, customer‑obsessed experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on everyday banking products and processes via phone, online channels and in‑branch visits.
• Support customers in using Suncorp’s digital platforms, encouraging self‑service and first‑call resolution.
• Assist with digital onboarding, ensuring new customers have a seamless start.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and underwriting guidelines.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, risk, performance and customer outcomes.
