S&S Banking Consultant – Part‑time (32 hrs/week)

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides a blend of sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. Working in the Capalaba branch, you will help customers with everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding while promoting self‑service digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and related processes via phone or online channels.
• Support and educate customers on using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Facilitate digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customers, risk and performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legislative requirements and external regulations.
