S&S Banking Consultant – Part‑time (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will help customers with everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding while balancing customer satisfaction, risk, and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and processes via phone or online channels.
• Support and educate customers on using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Facilitate digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
• Listen actively, build trust, ask the right questions and exceed customer expectations, contributing to strong NPS results.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA requirements and underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer experiences in a banking or financial services environment.
• Comfortable using digital customer service platforms and assisting customers in real time.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, build trust and ask insightful questions.
• Commitment to compliance, risk management and performance standards.
