Sr. Technical Professional - Systems Engineering ADSS

About the role

KBR is seeking a Test and Evaluation Engineer for the LAND 4140 program to coordinate and deliver test and evaluation activities while supporting platform integration. This hybrid role bridges T&E and engineering functions, working closely with project managers, Army stakeholders, and commercial partners.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Test and Evaluation principles across the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with capability requirements.
• Support and author T&E documentation such as strategies, master plans, and provide inputs to systems engineering, safety, and configuration management plans.
• Conduct mechanical engineering duties including design review, analysis, and integration of mechanical components within broader systems.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including certification plans, assessments, design artefacts, and V&V reports.

Required profile

• Qualified engineering degree and at least 3 years recent defence industry experience.
• Strong understanding of Defence Test & Evaluation Systems Engineering concepts and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team engagement.
• Active NV1 Defence Security Clearance (or higher) required.
