About the role
Join Early Start Australia as a Senior Speech Pathologist within a collaborative transdisciplinary clinical team. You will provide evidence‑based assessments and therapy to a mixed paediatric caseload, supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver assessments and tailored therapy programs across clinic, client homes, schools and telehealth.
- Partner closely with families to help each child achieve individual goals.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions and interdisciplinary planning.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with current SPA membership.
- Experience working with children and/or individuals with disability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for culturally diverse environments.
Required skills
- Comprehensive clinical feeding assessment and therapy, including differential assessment of feeding skill versus swallowing impairment and sensory feeding difficulties.
