Speech Pathologist - Mobile Practice, Melbourne Western Suburbs

About the role

A leading mobile practice of 20+ speech pathologists is recruiting clinicians to serve clients in Melbourne's western suburbs. The work is done in a community setting with a mixed-age caseload, from children to older adults, in homes, schools, day programs and aged care, with optional outreach to regional and Indigenous communities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mobile speech pathology services within a 30-minute radius of your home
• Deliver therapy in homes, workplaces, schools, aged care and day programs
• Work with a predominantly NDIS caseload, alongside some private and aged care referrals
• Take part in structured shadowing, supervision and mentoring with experienced senior clinicians
• Option to work two days per month supporting the Indigenous community, with overnight support

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Membership of the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA)
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Drivers licence and vehicle
