Speech Pathologist – Join a Multidisciplinary Team

About the role

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to provide therapy across a range of ages, from infants to adults, for clients with cerebral palsy and related disabilities. You will work in a collaborative, evidence‑based environment alongside occupational therapists, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clearer speech, communication skills, language development and literacy.
• Provide assistance with eating, drinking, swallowing, saliva control and nutrition.
• Work with various communication aids and equipment, including high‑tech AAC.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current SPA registration.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Experience with high‑tech AAC devices.
• Ability to deliver evidence‑based therapy in one‑on‑one or group settings.

What we offer

• Clinical salary range approximately $80,000–$140,000 per year inclusive of superannuation.
• Professional development funding up to $20,000 in the first year and $10,000 annually thereafter.
• Relocation allowance up to $5,000 (terms apply).
