Speech Pathologist

About the role

Hanrahan Health, part of the MedHealth group, provides multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan, from toddlers to aged care, in clinics, a private hospital, residential aged care, schools, homes and via telehealth. It is looking for a Speech Pathologist in Goulburn, working with a diverse client population and mixed caseloads.

Key responsibilities

• Assess participants' communication and swallowing / feeding skills
• Provide therapy for a range of ages and clinical areas
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Key Workers, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Allied Health Assistants

The position can be full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week).

Required profile

• Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist
• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
