About the role
Join the Early Start Australia Graduate program as a Speech Pathologist in Oakleigh, working within a close‑knit allied health team to deliver early intervention services to children and families.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver speech pathology assessments and evidence‑based therapy plans for children, supporting communication and independence.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams using a transdisciplinary approach.
- Maintain accurate documentation, NDIS records and build relationships with schools and health professionals.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology and registration with SPA.
- Current Driver’s Licence, vehicle, Working with Children Check and NDIS worker screening.
- Strong communication, organisational and report‑writing abilities.
Required skills
- Conduct formal and informal speech, language and developmental assessments.
- Develop and adapt individualised therapy programs based on client progress.
