About the role
Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services, specialising in respiratory diseases, sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. The CPAP Specialist provides administrative support to commercial activities and to customers/patients, handling contract management and interfacing with payors.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and place routine telephone calls.
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Liaise with sales and technical staff to keep them updated on customer needs.
- Answer customer inquiries, process orders, address service needs and handle complaints.
- Analyze customer service needs and communicate them to service and technical departments.
Required profile
- College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or a medical background preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in general office practice.
- Requirement to become a Certified Polysomnographic Technician.
