About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and provide timely, impactful therapy services.
• Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to set therapy goals.
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions that improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with a supportive multi‑disciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with current NDIS requirements.

Required profile

• Passionate, motivated Speech Pathologist eager to learn, grow and make a real difference.
• Committed to person‑centred, ethical therapy and achieving great outcomes for clients and families.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and enjoys a fun, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Speech Pathology degree.
• Valid driver’s licence and registered car.
