Speech Pathologist – Clinician‑Led Team

About the role

Join a clinician‑led team in Narre Warren delivering assessments and therapy across home, clinic and community settings. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to create client‑focused solutions and see the impact of your work daily.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful speech and language assessments and design tailored therapy plans for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to develop innovative, client‑focused interventions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and monitor progress to ensure positive outcomes.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• Eligibility for NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• On‑shore applicant seeking sponsorship is encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Experience delivering speech pathology services across various practice areas and age groups.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage a realistic caseload while meeting KPIs.
