About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop innovative client‑focused interventions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and monitor real‑world outcomes.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Driver’s licence and personal vehicle for travel to client sites.
• NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• On‑shore applicants seeking sponsorship are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dysphagia assessment tools.
• Experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) equipment.
