Speech Pathologist – Clinical Team in North Lakes

About the role

Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join its clinician‑led team in North Lakes. You will deliver assessments and therapy across home, clinic and community settings, working with a multidisciplinary group to create client‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapy for a diverse caseload, including dysphagia and augmentative communication needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to design innovative, client‑centred interventions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and monitor progress to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for client travel.
• NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in conducting speech, language and dysphagia assessments.
• Experience using AAC equipment and related therapy resources.
