Speech Pathologist – All Experience Levels

About the role

Stream Healthcare is recruiting Speech Pathologists at all stages of their careers, from new graduates to experienced clinicians, through its partner Allied Health organisations across Perth and regional Western Australia. Roles are available in clinic, community and hybrid settings, with options for paediatrics, adults, older adults or mixed caseloads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, swallowing and/or feeding assessments.
• Develop and deliver individualised therapy programs based on each client's goals and needs.
• Support clients across a variety of age groups and clinical presentations.
• Provide services in clinics, homes, schools, community settings and residential facilities.
• Work with families, carers, educators, support teams and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and keep practice evidence-based and client-centred.
• Build clinical skills through ongoing supervision, professional development and mentoring.

Required profile

• Current Speech Pathology Australia membership and registration.
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain; same for Working With Children Check and NDIS Screening Check.

• Salary of $75,000-$135,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
