Specialist Consultant – Manufacturing

About the role

Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) is looking for an experienced Specialist Consultant – Manufacturing to join its consulting team. The role partners with leading Australian manufacturers to address complex operational challenges through manufacturing strategy, Lean transformation and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑value consulting services that improve productivity, efficiency and long‑term performance for customers across Australia and New Zealand.
• Work directly with manufacturers to understand their operational challenges and develop practical, commercially focused solutions.
• Lead projects that incorporate robotics, automation and digital transformation technologies.
• Collaborate with Bosch’s global network of manufacturing experts to bring best‑in‑class practices to clients.
• Travel locally and interstate as required to support customer sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing consulting or a related engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
