Specialist Account Manager – Vaccines, Western Sydney

About the role

GSK is looking for a Specialist Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts across western Sydney, focusing on its key vaccines brands. The role builds trusted relationships with hospital and specialist clinical teams and works closely with Commercial, Medical and Access colleagues to deliver tailored account plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own key account plans to drive sustainable value and growth across the territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, hospital decision makers and procurement teams
• Deliver tailored scientific and educational engagements supporting evidence-based care and patient outcomes
• Align local plans with national strategy through close work with commercial, medical and access teams
• Gather and share market and clinical insights to inform strategy and improve local decisions
• Ensure all activities meet legal, compliance and quality standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline, business or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in hospital account management, key account management or specialty pharmaceutical sales
• Proven ability to create and deliver account plans and manage territory activities
• Ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory and hold a valid driver's licence
