Special Markets Manager – Dental Solutions

About the role

Solventum is seeking an ANZ Special Markets Manager for its Dental Solutions business. Based in NSW with a hybrid work model, you will lead strategic partnerships and drive new business growth across DSOs, government, universities and mid‑market customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development plan to increase revenue and market share across priority segments.
• Identify, engage and grow key accounts, delivering tailored, value‑based solutions.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with DSOs, government and industry stakeholders.
• Build and convert a robust pipeline, own forecasting and performance tracking.
• Lead complex commercial discussions with senior stakeholders and create joint business plans.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in business development, government/DSO engagement or strategic partnerships within healthcare or dental sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills with C‑suite and academic decision‑makers.
• Results‑driven with a bias for action and accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
