About the role
Join a busy and successful team delivering exceptional customer service in aftermarket spare parts for commercial vehicles. You will report to the Branch Manager and support both customers and internal staff.
Key responsibilities
- Timely response to customer enquiries via counter, phone and internet.
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders and complete related documentation.
- Assist team members with daily transactions and warehouse duties.
Required profile
- Solid background in automotive or commercial vehicle parts sales.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proactive, reliable, self‑motivated and a team player.
