Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Sourcing Specialist will manage client engagement and project delivery for complex POSM and print sourcing initiatives. Working closely with brand teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure marketing collateral is produced on time, to specification and within contractual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on print, POSM, visual merchandising and premium projects.
• Oversee procurement of marketing collateral, ensuring quality, timeliness and compliance with contracts.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and KPI measurement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client brand teams and external suppliers.
• Utilise Tag’s reporting tools to monitor customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Collaborate with account leads, cross‑market teams and central support to coordinate multi‑country campaigns.
• Identify and escalate potential conflicts or shortfalls to the Account Director.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent.
• 3‑6 years of experience in an agency or similar environment.
• Proven experience managing print and POSM projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across markets and functions.
