Sourcing Recruiter

About the role

As a Sourcing Recruiter at KBR, you will build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs across the organisation. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to identify, engage and deliver high‑quality passive candidates using data‑driven sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent using a variety of tools and platforms.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping and competitor analysis to support priority hiring.
• Build and maintain accurate, audit‑ready pipelines in ATS/CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Provide recruiters with qualified candidate slates, including screening insights and role alignment.
• Track and analyse sourcing metrics to optimise approaches and inform hiring forecasts.
• Partner with recruiters, marketing and program teams to align sourcing efforts, enhance employer branding and support hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Contribute market insights on talent availability, locations and compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes, tools and overall efficiency.
• Support hiring events and related activities.

Required profile

• Eligibility to obtain a Baseline AGSVA security clearance.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Experience in sourcing or talent acquisition in a fast‑paced environment.
