Sourcing Recruiter – Build Talent Pipelines

About the role

KBR is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to develop and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines that support current and future hiring needs across Australia. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and deliver qualified candidates in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent using a variety of tools and platforms.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to inform priority hiring.
• Build and maintain audit‑ready candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide recruiters with qualified candidate slates, screening insights, and role alignment.
• Track and analyse sourcing metrics to optimise processes and support hiring forecasts.
• Collaborate with recruiters, marketing, and program teams to enhance employer branding and fill hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Contribute market insights on talent availability, locations, and compensation.
• Identify and implement improvements to sourcing tools and overall efficiency.

Required profile

• Eligibility to obtain a Baseline AGSVA security clearance.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS/CRM systems for pipeline management.
