About the role
Tag is looking for a Sourcing Manager / Specialist to lead client engagement and project management for complex POSM, print and creative production projects. You will act as the main liaison between brand teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring high‑quality marketing collateral is delivered on time and to specification.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical input and advice on print, POSM, visual merchandising and premium projects.
- Oversee procurement of marketing collateral, meeting quality, timeline and contractual targets.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign components and project timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client brand teams and suppliers.
- Utilise Tag’s reporting tools to measure KPI’s, customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Identify potential shortfalls, implement remedial actions and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the Account Director and cross‑functional teams across markets to coordinate multi‑country campaigns.
- Support Account Executives and act as the authoritative point of contact for contract, transactional or supplier matters.
Required profile
- Degree‑level education or equivalent.
- 3‑6 years experience working in an agency environment.
- Proven experience in print, POSM or visual merchandising procurement.
- Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
